Biography

Nicky Enright has exhibited his mixed-media art across the country in venues such as Artist’s Space in New York City and the Contemporary Museum in Baltimore, MD.

It has been published and reviewed in several publications including The New York Times and Public Art Review. He has been awarded various artist’s residencies, a printmaking grant from the Manhattan Graphics Center, a studio residency from the Bronx Council on the Arts, and an Honorarium from the MTA Arts for Transit, in NYC. He has also executed numerous public and private commissions, including for NBC News, Ogilvy & Mather, and NASA.

Mr. Enright was born in 1971 in Ecuador. He earned a BFA from The Cooper Union in New York City where he was raised, and also studied at L’Ecole Nationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, France, where he lived for two years. His work has an international scope and he is a native speaker of both English and Spanish, and fully fluent in French and Portuguese.
