Elaine Soto, Ph.D. is an artist and a clinical psychologist. A native New Yorker, she was an artist in residence with the Puerto Rican Workshop for fifteen years and with El Museo del Barrio for one year. She currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she works as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of New Mexico. Her art studio is in Albuquerque.
